At Coswira Artwork, we are committed to providing high-quality digital templates for cosplay enthusiasts and makers. Because our products are digital downloads, please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
📂 Digital Product Policy
All items sold on our website are digital files (PDF templates), and no physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:
- You purchased the wrong item
- You changed your mind after the purchase
- You do not have the required tools/materials to build the prop
- You experience compatibility issues with your printer or software
✅ Acceptable Refund Requests
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these rare cases:
- You received a corrupted or unreadable file
- You accidentally received the wrong pattern file
- You made multiple accidental purchases of the same item
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at coswiracosplay@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshot or proof if applicable
⏱️ Processing Time
If your request meets the criteria, we’ll issue a refund or send a corrected file within 2–3 business days.
