This was my first foam project with a pattern and it worked just fine lol. It was a very long two days but my teen was able to wear it to the renn faire and it was very worth it.

I couldn’t figure out how the base of the sword (4 pieces connecting the blade with the handle fit) but it was easy enough to figure out myself since they’re just 4 triangles. I used a 2ft 1/2” PVC pipe, worked great!
Amazing! All the pieces lined up, easy tutorial for a first-time EVA foam builder, looks EXACTLY like Hornet’s mask and fit my head (female, avg height) perfectly.
This pattern was cool! It was my first time making a mask like this, but overall I think it went well! I feel like some of the directions could have been more clear and I also feel that the mask could have been a tiny bit bigger. While it barely fit my head, there was no way it was going to fit my husband. So I definitely thing the mask could have been just the tiniest bit bigger for male cosplayers. As just to be clear my husband does not have a big head. He has a normal mans head in my opinion. So male cosplayers beware.
The template was easy to assemble and follow. It turned out wonderfully and my daughter got LOADS of compliments on it! Highly recommend.

The pattern is very easy to follow and the video really helps if you get a little lost. Just remember to find an appropriate glue for the material you’re using, I hadn’t worked with eva foam before so it was really difficult and laborious to get all the parts tl stick together, but if you know the materials and how to work them it should be easier.
Also, I encourage you to try on foami before doing the final one as resizing will be necessary in most cases. 10/10’s

I altered the mask a little with some beveled cut for the horns and around its the base for my Nightmare King Grimm mask.
For the measurements, play it safe. My head's circumference is about 58 cm, I scaled the pattern to fit 60 cm and it is quite fit. Add maybe 4-5 cm to your real head size.
I recommend heavily !
Really great, clear pattern. This and Needle from the same seller were my first ever project using EVA foam and it came out so well! There are also links to his YouTube instructional videos, which are really helpful. My Hornet costume won my office Halloween costume contest!
Really great pattern with links to an informative video that helps with directions. I used some silver ribbon to wrap the handle for better grip. Not too bad for my first EVA foam project. I used this pattern and the Hornet helmet pattern and won my office Halloween costume contest!

They pattern is excellent and super precise. Standard sizing was a bit small for adult, would be perfect for 10 year old, so recommend enlarging for adults.
They were extremely helpful, nice, and quick to respond! I needed help resizing it and they were able to help me!
Easy to print out, easy enough to put together but you do need to trust the process a bit as the little marks did not always line up in my experience.
Edit: After I had posted my review, the seller reached out and helped me understand how to make the marks line up and achieve a smooth 3d shape. The seller is extremely helpful and responsive and I would encourage any future buyers to reach out with questions!
It was my first time working with EVA foam. The instructions are very clear and the pattern is simply the best. I absolutely love the final result.
Worked out well! I found the instructions easy to interpret and really appreciated the video link to feel more comfortable with the process before cutting. I used a heat erase pen on white eva foam so I only need to blow dry the final mask to remove the lines and not deal with paint or anything. Definitely time consuming to tape and cut pattern pieces and then trace, cut, and glue the foam together, but very happy with the end result and it being light foam my kiddo had no problem wearing it for a long time. Added an elastic chin strap inside to help it stay in place.
First time making anything out of foam and it came out great. I used a roll of 6mm EVA foam, some scissors, hot glue masking tape and some cheesecloth for the eyes. Was the perfect size for an 8 year old
