Thank you. Whoever put this together did a great job. I had my reservations about how it would turn out, but I managed to put something really decent together for my son's Comicon experience. You guys really saved me a ton of effort and time to figure something out. Sure the level of the outcome will depend on your skills as a maker ... but the pattern works.
Instructions are thorough, clear, and easy to follow. Mask fit an adult and a 10-year-old (I added bumper inserts).

Amazing customer service & amazing pdf
This is a printable pdf that I used to make a helmet. In addition to the pattern you will need 5 mm EVA foam, foam clay, contact cement glue, a heat gun and a heat gun. We also glued a hat inside the helmet so it would fit on my son’s head. It’s our first time building for cosplay and we watched a lot of YouTube videos to learn.
The pattern it TOP notch. Highly recommend that you carefully cut the pattern out, cutting all the notches, then tape down pattern on the foam and trace it. Flip the pattern over and trace again for the mirror image. With careful patterning the match up is SO precise! I made the original helmet and it's a bit big, but now he updated and provide three sizes.

this is my first time making anything with EVA foam, and I have found all of the instructions/diagrams/video to be very useful. while I'm still in the process of putting this together, it's looking great! highly recommend.

I used cardboard from soda and juice boxes and a crap load of tape. Ended up painting after. Turned out EPIC! Exactly what I needed. Thank you! I had one happy kid.
My only rec is to get some padding for the head a chin. Something like you'd use on a helmet.
